Each Recruitment Requisition generates a Recruitment Campaign. O. U. Norman firstly appoints a Consultant to co-ordinate the recruitment campaign. In most cases the Consultant will meet with the client at their convenience to determine their needs in detail. If it is early in the planning stage, the Consultant will be available to assist you with information regarding candidate availability, current market conditions, salary trends and other invaluable information which is the "stock in trade" of our consultants. When the requirement is specified (confirmed), the Consultant will alert the Support Staff at O. U. Norman for a complete search of our massive database of applicants, generated over many years of advertising campaigns. Applicants meeting the basic requirements are then contacted to determine precise suitability and availability. Regardless of whether the client requires a special client-paid ad campaign or not, O. U. Norman will include your position in its normal advertising in the most suitable media, at no charge to the client. All applicants are interviewed by the Consultant, in person if possible, on the phone if distance and circumstances so dictate, to determine suitability and to discuss with them the particular position. Only applicants who prove suitable and readily able to assume the responsibilities of the job are recommended for interview and final selection.
